Kim A. Baker

Before establishing her own practice, Kim served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming. She began her career with a focus on criminal defense, and handled all types of criminal appeals and federal writs for the Wyoming Attorney General's Office. She frequently argued appellate cases in the Wyoming Supreme Court, and was appointed lead counsel for the State during the appellate process in several capital cases.

After returning to Texas, Kim continued the practice of law in the private arena. She was appointed and served as an associate municipal judge for several small cities in Tarrant County from 2006 to 2008.

Kim now focuses her practice on serving clients in the field of criminal defense, family law, and probate law.
